Orders

What is my order number?

Order numbers start with FD (e.g. FD2019). Have it ready when calling our customer service. If you used Clearpay, you'll receive their own order number. In that case, please provide your full name when inquiring about your order.

Clearpay orders?

Clearpay orders take a few more days to process as payments are processed within 1-5 business days after the order date, with banks typically taking an additional day or two to deposit the settlement into our account.

What payment method do you accept?

We accept all Visa, Mastercards, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Paypal & Clearpay.

Do you offer discounts?

We offer discounts to emergency services such as NHS, Firefighters, Police & Search and rescue. Send proof via payslip or card id and we will send you a 5% discount code to use on all products.

What does (1 x 8) at the end of the product title mean? 

This means you will receive 1 pack of 8 for example,

Chocomel 250ml (1 x 12) would mean you will receive 1 pack of 12 Chocomels 250ml.

I haven't received my tracking code?

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking code via email. However, if we use a personal courier for delivery, such as Local Delivery we won't provide a tracking code. Instead, we will send you a text message with the estimated delivery time.

Can I alter my order?

If you need to make any changes to your order, such as adding or removing items or adjusting the address, you can do so within a 24-hour timeframe. Simply use the contact form on our website or give us a call, and we will make any necessary corrections immediately.

I sent a message in the chat tab and received no response?

Allow 5-7 minutes for our team to respond. If you leave the store before we reply, we'll email you an answer within 24 hours. Contact us via email, whatsapp, or phone.

Can I return my order?

Subscriptions

How does the subscriptions work?

You can add a subscription by clicking the subscribe and deliver option then setting your chosen preference 14 days or 28 days intervals. Then by clicking add cart or buy now on your specific product pages. When you subscribe and the time comes to pay for their next recurring order, we will send you an automatic email reminder with the checkout link where you can pay.

 Where can I cancel my subscription? 

You can cancel the subscription via your account click on my account icon, then click on to my orders, on your right-hand side below view addresses click onto manage Subscriptions. You can cancel the subscription and then also reactivate it whenever you please to do so.

Can I edit my subscription? 

Yes, you can cancel and reactivate your subscription, change your email address, edit your shipping and billing info, change the subscription interval, change the quantity of the products in your account.

Does the subscription automatically charge me? 

The subscription does not yet have an option to automatically charge you. It sends you an email reminder with a link to the checkout where the customer then pays for the order. Once payment is made items will be shipped providing payment is made before 12.30pm.

What are the perks of subscription?

The Perks are listed below;
