Shipping policy
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 2-3 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. The estimated delivery time is 3-5 working days. However, if we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will contact you via email or telephone to inform you of the delay.
All items will be tracked, and you will receive a tracking number via email at the time of dispatch. This will enable you to keep track of your parcel at any time.

Clearpay orders
Clearpay orders require additional processing time as payments are processed within 1-5 business days after the order date. Banks typically take an additional day or two to deposit the settlement into our account. Therefore, please allow for a few extra days for processing your Clearpay order.

Local Delivery
We are excited to announce that we now offer a local delivery service for our customers located within a 10-mile radius from Birmingham city centre. The delivery fee is £5.00, and the minimum order value is £20.00.
Please note that local delivery is only available for orders placed using Shop Pay 
. If you choose an accelerated checkout method other than Shop Pay in the first step of the checkout, then you won’t have local delivery as a shipping method. However, you will have the option to ship the package using our standard shipping rates.
Local delivery is a quicker option as we use our own personal couriers, and the delivery time is within 48 hours of the order being placed.
