Refunds
Refunds are processed as soon as they are requested. Due to varying processing times at your bank, it might take up to 10 business days for the refunded amount to be received. We will send a confirmation once the refund is processed.
To track your refund, you can request an Acquirer Reference Number (ARN). ARNs are assigned to refunds processed through Visa or Mastercard and can be used by banks and credit card providers to trace transactions.
Returns
You can return a product up to 7 days from the date you received parcel. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
Refunds of the goods will only be refundable delivery charges will not be refunded.
If an item is out of stock please allow 3-5 working days for the item to be restocked. If an item doesn't come back into stock we will issue a refund back to the original pay method.
If you have made a order and wish to alter or cancel order in any way, please email us using our contact us page within 24 hours of purchase.
